Shark Cage Diving

GREAT WHITE SHARKS / TOWN OF HERMANUS

Non-swimmers welcome/No diving equipment needed/Wetsuit will be provided

This unique experience requires an early morning departure to Gansbaai for a close-up encounter with these extraordinary predators. Observe great white sharks, bronze whalers, seals, bird life and whales on season.

On arrival in Gansbaai, you'll be served a light breakfast. After a short briefing and safety check, you'll board the boat and head to world-famous Shark Alley. For shark viewing, you will enter the cage, which is attached to the boat.

On average, you'll spend about 2/3hrs on the boat. On your return, you can enjoy a light meal and watch recordings of your experience.

On our journey back to Cape Town, we stop in the very popular whale town of Hermanus. You can stroll this beautiful town and its amazing little coastline and possibly see whales in season.
You may even opt to do a wine tasting at one of Hermanus' award-winning wine farms.

If time allows, we return via spectacular Clarence Drive and catch an amazing sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.
